Website Terms
This website is an invitation to make contact with us about a possible property transaction. It is not a promise to buy a property and is not legal, valuation, tax or financial advice.
Tell us about your property →Property enquiries
Submitting a property does not create a contract, agency relationship or obligation on either side. We may decline to pursue an opportunity for any reason.
Our role
A Quick House Sale is presented as a property purchasing and investment business. We seek to acquire property as a principal and are not offering to act as the seller’s real estate agent.
Offers and agreements
Any purchase is subject to negotiation and the terms of a written sale and purchase agreement. Depending on the transaction, due diligence and other conditions may apply. Where an agreement allows, the named purchaser may nominate another purchaser.
Independent advice
A property transaction is significant and legally binding once an agreement is entered into. Sellers should obtain independent legal advice before signing and should consider independent valuation, tax, financial or other professional advice where relevant.
Website information
We try to keep the website accurate, but general information may become outdated and should not be relied on as professional advice. References to speed or simplicity describe the purpose of the service and are not guarantees of a particular settlement date or outcome.
Liability and availability
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every enquiry will receive an offer. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
